Our luxurious fifth-floor villa has two bedrooms with three full baths and
comfortably sleeps six people. Villa can also be rented as a
1 bedroom with separate living room, kitchen, 2 full baths, and
terrace.

Deposit
50% deposit on booking, balance due 45 days prior to arrival date. Deposits are non-refundable, but can be used towards a new reservation date.
Credit cards accepted: Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
Holiday rates slightly higher, please call for availability.

Additional Information
The rates quoted to you are total, service charge and tax included. There
is no charge for use of Villa La Estancia’s fitness center and
spa, tennis courts and high speed internet access within the
villa. Maid service is available at an extra charge. Please inquire
about the all-inclusive option available to purchase that includes
three meals a day and national drinks.
